Installation And Use Of LED Ceiling Lamp

With the continuous heating up of family decoration, the change of ceiling lamps is also changing rapidly. It is no longer limited to the previous single lamp, but diversified. It not only absorbs the luxury and style of ceiling lamps, but also adopts the ceiling mounted installation method to avoid the defect that shorter rooms cannot be equipped with large luxury lighting. The lamp body of LED ceiling lamp is directly installed on the roof, which is suitable for overall lighting, usually used in the living room and bedroom. Attention shall be paid to the following points during the installation and use of LED ceiling lamp:
1. When installing ceiling lamps in masonry structures, embedded bolts or expansion bolts, nylon plugs or plastic plugs shall be used to fix them. Wooden wedges are not allowed. Moreover, the bearing capacity of the above fixing parts shall match the weight of the ceiling lamp to ensure that the ceiling lamp is firmly and reliably fixed and its service life can be extended.
2. When expansion bolts are used for fixation, the bolt specifications shall be selected according to the technical requirements of the product, and the drilling diameter and burial depth shall be consistent with the bolt specifications.
3. The number of bolts for fixing the lamp base shall not be less than the number of fixing holes on the lamp base, and the bolt diameter shall match the hole diameter; For lamps without fixed mounting holes on the base (self drilling during installation), each lamp shall have at least 2 bolts or screws for fixing, and the center of gravity of the lamp shall be consistent with the center of gravity of the bolts or screws; Only when the diameter of the insulating stand is 75mm and below, it can be fixed with one bolt or screw.
4. LED ceiling lights cannot be directly installed on combustible objects. Some families use painted plywood to line the back of ceiling lights for aesthetic purposes. In fact, this is very dangerous, and thermal insulation measures must be taken; If the high temperature part of the lamp surface is close to combustibles, thermal insulation or heat dissipation measures shall also be taken.
5. Before the installation of LED ceiling lamp, check:
① Cross section of conductor core leading to each lamp, copper core flexible wire shall not be less than 0.4mm ²， Copper core not less than 0.5mm², Otherwise, the lead must be replaced.
② The connection between the wire and the lamp holder, and the connection of the parallel wire between the lamp holders shall be firm, and the electrical contact shall be good, so as to avoid the danger of sparks between the wire and the terminal due to poor contact.
6. Educate children not to throw balloons and other objects at the lamps and lanterns indoors, so as to prevent the ornaments hanging on the lamps from falling down and hurting people or affecting the decorative effect of the lamps and lanterns.
