LED Emergency Light Installation Steps
On the selected installation location, use a pencil or other tool to mark the location of the installation point.
Use an electric drill to drill holes in the marked locations, paying attention to the depth and diameter of the holes to match the fastener. Insert an expansion screw or other fastener into the hole and tighten it using a screwdriver or wrench to ensure that the fastener is firmly fixed on the wall.
Lead the power cord of the emergency light out of the luminaire and cut it to the appropriate length as needed. Use a wire stripper to strip the insulation layer at both ends of the power cable to expose the metal core. Connect one end of the power cable to the wiring terminal or the power cable on the wall, paying attention to the principle of matching the color (usually red is the live wire, blue is the neutral wire, yellow green is the ground wire). Wrap the exposed part of the cable with insulation tape to ensure the safety and insulation of the cable.
Align the base or support of the emergency light with the mounting hole on the fastener and fix it to the wall using screws. Insert the main part of the emergency light into the fixed slot on the base or bracket and ensure that it is secure and stable.
After the installation is complete, turn on the power switch of the emergency light and check whether it can be turned on normally. At the same time, check whether the charging function of the emergency light and the emergency lighting function are working normal
