1. Efficiency: LED panel lights and LED modules are manufactured and driven within a specific current range. LED with current ranging from 350mA to 500mA can be provided according to its characteristics. Many systems are driven in the high value region of this current range.
2. Acidic conditions: LEDs are also easily affected under some acidic conditions, such as coastal areas with high salt content, factories using chemicals or manufacturing products, or indoor swimming pools. Although LEDs are also made for these areas, they must be carefully packaged into a fully enclosed enclosure with a high IP protection level.
3. Heat: Heat will affect the luminous flux and life cycle of LED. The radiator prevents the system from overheating. The system heating means that the allowable ambient temperature of the LED flat lamp has been exceeded. The life of the LED depends on the ambient temperature.
4. Mechanical stress: When manufacturing, stacking or simply operating LED, mechanical stress will also affect the service life of LED panel lamp, sometimes even completely destroy LED panel lamp. Pay attention to electrostatic discharge (ESD), as it will cause short but high current pulses, which will damage the LED and LED driver.
5. Humidity: The performance of LED panel light also depends on the humidity of the surrounding environment. In a humid environment, electronic equipment and metal parts will often be damaged quickly and begin to rust. Therefore, try to prevent LED system from being wet.
