Why do LED plant fill lights need aging tests?
Aging tests refer to the process of simulating various factors that affect the use of products in the actual process and conducting corresponding conditions for intensive testing.
LED plant lights are electronic and electrical products. The most important thing during use is to enable them to be used efficiently and normally. The factors that affect their normal use mainly include dead light rate, heat dissipation, high efficiency, and luminous stability. The main test method is to increase voltage and current.
LED plant light dead light rate test. After the LED plant light is produced into a finished product, it is no problem to use it in the studio at rated voltage and current, but it is inevitable that there will be a short period of high voltage or sudden power outage during use. It is necessary to ensure that the lamp can still work normally after this common situation occurs. LED plant lights need to be tested before leaving the factory to detect whether the power supply configuration is qualified, whether the welding position is firm, and whether the bearing capacity of the assembled wires meets certain standards.
LED plant light heat dissipation test. The heat dissipation performance of LED plant lights is directly related to their service life and the luminous efficiency of the lamp beads. The aging test method is to keep the LED plant light at its highest temperature for a certain period of time, and its internal structure will not be damaged. Within a certain period of time, the temperature of each component of the LED plant light will not increase with the increase of high-intensity working time.
LED plant light luminous efficiency and stability test. Whether the LED plant light is efficient and stable is mainly affected by the rectification and voltage division capabilities of the internal power supply. As long as the power supply quality is good, the LED plant light can generally ensure high efficiency and normal light emission within its rated service life, and the general power supply will have an overvoltage automatic power-off device, which will not cause serious impact on the lamp beads, but it does not rule out that the LED plant growth light chip may leak during the packaging process, so a flash test is also required to ensure stable, normal and efficient operation.
Generally speaking, the aging test is to test its ability to withstand various situations that may be encountered in actual applications. The difference lies in the test method and test process. Attached is the picture of the LED plant light aging test.
