If the LED light flashes after turning on, you can try the following solutions:
Check the circuit
1. Confirm whether the wiring of the lamp is correct. Check the connection between the lamp and the power supply to ensure that the live wire, neutral wire and ground wire are firmly connected and not loose or incorrectly connected. If the wiring is not firm, it may cause poor contact, which will cause flickering.
2. Check whether the switch controls the live wire. If the switch controls the neutral wire instead of the live wire, when the lamp is turned off, the LED lamp may flicker faintly due to induced electricity. You can ask a professional electrician to adjust the switch control line to the live wire to solve this problem.

Replace the power supply
1. The power supply of the LED lamp may be faulty, causing flickering. You can try to replace a new power adapter to see if the problem can be solved. When choosing a power adapter, make sure its parameters match the lamp to ensure the normal operation of the lamp.
2. If there is a problem with the power supply integrated inside the lamp, you may need to replace the entire lamp or contact a professional maintenance person for repair.
Eliminate interference
1. Nearby electrical appliances may cause electromagnetic interference to LED lights, causing flickering. Keep electrical appliances that may cause interference (such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, etc.) away from LED lights to see if the flickering phenomenon disappears.
2. If the lamp is installed under a switch or controller with a dimming function, it may flicker due to compatibility issues. Try to connect the lamp directly to a normal switch to see if it still flickers.
Check the lamp itself
1. Some LED lamps may have quality problems, such as damaged lamp beads, poor welding, etc. Check the appearance of the lamp to see if there are obvious signs of damage. If the lamp beads are damaged or poorly welded, you can contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel for repair or replacement.
2. For some LED lamps with adjustable brightness, flickering may be caused by problems with the dimming circuit. Try to set the lamp to a fixed brightness to see if the flickering phenomenon disappears. If the problem persists, the lamp may need to be repaired or replaced.
